Terms of Service: Boundaries for temporary inboxes and long-term forwarding
Using 24Forward means you agree to follow these rules. They protect legitimate recipients, sending systems, and service infrastructure—anonymity does not mean being free from responsibility.
Verified control panel
Forwarding access is verified through a code sent to the receiving email, with an optional one-time code. Never use someone else’s receiving email.
Fair use
Automation rates, email volume, and attachment handling may be subject to quotas and security limits to keep the service available to everyone.
Clear boundaries
Fraud, harassment, ban evasion, malicious content, and interference with the service or third-party systems are prohibited.

What’s allowed—and what gets shut down
Acceptable everyday use
- Create a short-lived address for a trial, download, or one-time verification
- Create a recognizable forwarding alias for your own account
- Pause a single alias that has been exposed or is receiving excessive marketing
- Review your delivery records during the retention period
Rejected or terminated
- Impersonation, fraud, phishing, or harassment
- Bypassing website bans or abusing registration systems at scale
- Distributing malware, illegal content, or infringing material
- Probing, overwhelming, or interfering with service infrastructure
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement where you live and accept the current Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
If you do not accept these rules, do not use the service. Some jurisdictions may restrict anonymous communication or temporary addresses; you are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful.
2. The service
24Forward provides time-limited temporary inboxes, verified alias-forwarding management, limited-time delivery records, and related guides. Features may change for security, capacity, or product improvements, but we do not imply permanent storage for a short-term tool.
Temporary addresses last three hours by default and may be extended up to twenty-four hours total. Forwarding records are usually retained for up to thirty days. Countdown timers, statuses, and quotas shown on the page are part of the service rules.
3. Access and verification
The forwarding panel confirms control through a verification code sent to the receiving email and can also use an authenticator code. You must use an email account you are authorized to access; do not intercept or attempt to use anyone else’s code.
Protect your browser session, receiving mailbox, and authenticator key. If a shared device remains signed in or credentials are exposed, promptly pause the relevant alias and contact support.
4. Fair use and quotas
To keep access fair and reliable, we may limit address creation, refresh rates, email volume, attachment size, API calls, or concurrent sessions. Specific limits may change dynamically based on capacity and risk.
Do not evade limits by rotating networks, using automated scripts, or opening multiple sessions. If normal browser use is affected, contact support@24forward.com with the time and symptoms so we can investigate.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service for fraud, phishing, harassment, spam registrations, malware distribution, intellectual-property infringement, or evading law enforcement or platform safeguards. You may not forge sender identities, scan systems, or attempt to access other users’ email.
We may reject clearly abusive requests, block malicious traffic, and retain necessary security evidence. For unlawful activity, we may cooperate with investigations when required by valid law.
6. Email and third-party content
Emails are provided by third-party sending systems, and we do not control their authenticity, timeliness, or safety. Before opening links, downloading attachments, or relying on email content, independently verify the sender and domain.
Some websites may reject temporary addresses, and email may be affected by upstream delays, bounces, or filtering. These situations do not constitute a guarantee by 24Forward of any third-party service’s availability.
7. User content and license
You retain your rights in lawful email content and grant us only the limited permission necessary to receive, display, forward, security-scan, and troubleshoot it. This permission does not allow us to turn private email into advertising material.
You must ensure that using aliases and handling email does not infringe anyone else’s rights. When we receive an infringement notice, we will assess it under the applicable process and take necessary action.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, no delays, or delivery of every email. Maintenance, network failures, sender policies, and security incidents may affect functionality.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and will provide notice when reasonably practical. Do not rely on a temporary inbox as your only business-continuity or legally required records system.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a request, alias, or access if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, exceed reasonable quotas, or if required by law. Serious or repeated abuse may result in termination without prior notice.
You may end the relationship by stopping use, clearing your local session, or deleting an alias. After termination, necessary security, billing, or legal records may still be retained under the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that temporary addresses will be accepted by every website or that third-party emails will be accurate or harmless.
Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If the law where you live provides mandatory protections, those protections continue to apply.
11. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by email delays, address expiration, third-party content, or inappropriate reliance on short-term storage. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your unlawful use causes a third-party claim or reasonable cost, you must assume the corresponding responsibility to the extent permitted by law. We remain obligated to take reasonable steps to mitigate losses.
12. Updates, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms when our product or the law changes and will post the date on this page. Where reasonably possible, material changes will receive prominent notice. Updates will not retroactively remove mandatory rights that have already arisen.
If a dispute arises, first contact us at support@24forward.com and explain the facts; we will try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, governing law and the competent courts will be determined by mandatory legal rules and the location of the actual operating entity.
